Questions, answered
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from Account whenever you like; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, and nothing renews after that. Trials cancelled before they end are never charged.
What does “estimate” mean on costs?
Grocery costs are built from reference catalog prices adjusted for your selected store — not from a live retailer feed. Costs are labelled as estimates and count whole packs to buy. Your receipt will differ; the estimate is for planning, not a promise.
What about allergies?
Allergies, diet rules and your “never serve” list are hard filters in the planner — not preferences that can be outvoted. Still: Always verify product labels. Ingredients can vary by brand and store. We never describe a lunch as “allergen-free”.
What do you store about my child?
A nickname and an age, plus taste answers and game progress. Never a surname, school, address, photo or date of birth. Everything runs on your device until you choose to create an account, and you can export or delete it all from Account. Details in our privacy policy.
Is the free plan really free?
Yes — it is limited, not timed. It covers one child, the taste game and a preview week with a shopping-list preview. Upgrade only if you want the whole week, every week.
